Writing Meme - Questions 9&10
So, oops forgot again! But 9 & 10 are relatively short answers so I'll post them together again:

Questions can be found here

9 – Pairings – For each of the fandoms from day two, what are your three favorite pairings to write?

Again, cherry picking or we’ll be here forever (although there are a lot more that I read than I write):

The Champions – Craig/Richard & Craig/Richard/Sharron (my one OT3!)
The Sentinel – Blair/Jim
Torchwood – Jack/Ianto
Highlander – Methos & Richie, Amanda/Nick, Amanda & Methos
Merlin – Uther/Gaius, Merlin/Arthur
Being Human – George & Mitchell
Dresden Files – Harry & Bob
Murdoch Mysteries – William/Julia
Firefly – Mal & River, Mal & Zoe, Kaylee/Inara

10 – Pairings – Have you ever gone outside your comfort zone and written a pairing you liked, but found you couldn't write, or a pairing you didn't like, and found you could?

Um, short answer is no. I’ve not had trouble writing any pairing that I like (although it might not perhaps go the way I planned) and I’ve never tried to write any pairing I dislike and I never would.

There have been a couple that I thought I couldn’t write and then was able to, but I wouldn’t say I ‘didn’t like’ the pairing, more that I hadn’t considered it previously. Ripper/Willow is the obvious example of that, which took me so far out of my comfort zone I couldn't even see it any more, but I like to challenge myself as a writer.

TBH any pairing that is sexual takes me out of my comfort zone, which is why I usually keep things out of the bedroom.
