Because I should be writing....
Shamelessly pillaged from strangevisitor7

List all of the television shows you have on DVD, no matter how obscure or embarrassing. Even if you only own one season, list it. Let's see who has what.

I own complete series unless stated otherwise:

Being Human
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Charmed – series 1
Chorlton and the Wheelies
Classic Who – The Five Doctors
Discworld – Animated
Henry’s Cat
Highlander the Raven
House - Series 1&2
Kenny Everett Video Show – Selected Episodes
Little Britain – Series 1&2 + Comic Relief special
Monty Python – Selected Episodes
Mr Benn
New Who series 2-4
Northern Exposure
Quantum Leap – series 1
Queer as Folk (UK)
Rainbow Brite – Series 1
Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) (Original) – Series 1
Red Dwarf
Spiderman the Animated Series (90’s version) – Selected episodes
Stargate SG1
Star Trek TNG – Q boxset and season 1.
The Champions
The Colour of Magic
The Flumps
The High Life
The L Word – Series 1
The Mysterious Cities of Gold
The Simpsons Series 6&7 and Treehouse of Horror collection.
Tipping the Velvet
Young Indiana Jones

Also there are the DVDs my sister owns which I haven’t bothered buying yet because she has them (she owns many more than this, I’m only including the ones I will buy for myself when I no longer have access to hers *grin*):

Moonlight – Complete
NCIS – Series 1-5
Supernatural – Series 1-4
The Mighty Boosh – Complete
The Monkees - Complete

Wow, more than I thought, but less than I would like there to be. :)

I considered listing Tipping the Velvet on my list when I did it, and I forgot to. Ironic how we own so many of the same. ;)

Well, obviously we both have impeccable taste!

I wasn't sure whether to include a few like the Discworld ones but I figured they were made for TV so they count. :)
The other Weird Al: Dr Who - Seven&Master Dancingaeron_lanart on February 27th, 2010 05:58 pm (UTC)
I have 12, and they're all on your list except for the IT Crowd, Farscape and Star Trek Voyager. I also have a few more Classic Who dvds than you, mostly all Seventh Doctor ones...

There's also NCIS and Supernatural but they're kind of on your list so although I counted them in my 12, I didn't put them in the list of ones you don't have.

Ooh, I forgot the IT Crowd. Katie has 1&2 of that as well! I was eying a 1-3 boxset in the HMV sale the other day actually, may have to get it I love IT Crowd.

Trouble with me is for every one DVD I buy another three get added to the want list!

Ooo I see you have young Indiana Jones.... they didn't make my list because I have them on video rather than DVD but I was obsessed with that series briefly a few years ago and bought as many of the episodes as I could get my hands on at great expense.

I have just realised despite my obsession with the new Dr Who I have never actually bought any of the series.... I feel like a bad fan :0).

I love Sean Patrick Flannery in that series (well I love all Indiana Jones)! I only had The Phantom Train on video because it was free when you bought the boxset of the movies, but thankfully Mum & sis know how much I love it and bought all three boxsets for me for Christmas.

Don't feel like a bad fan, they're so expensive! I've only got the ones I have through presents and bargains grabbed in sales - I think the starting price for series 4 was £70! (Although 1-3 are in the HMV boxset clearout if you're interested)

love your collection! (it was educational as well as interesting, I don't know some of those series :-P)

but do mini-series like Hogfather actually count? :-P

Well, they were made for TV so I say yes ;-p

There are gaps, I'd love Merlin and I can't wait for Castle to get released over here. I'm a terrible one for grabbing things in sales (which is why I have all the cult/old kids series!) especially things that I loved as a kid.

And I'm always happy to educate! ;-p
